acquired Interwise, Inc. on November 1, 2007 for its widely adopted
converged, IP based conferencing solutions for enterprises. Interwise
customers are offered unlimited voice conferences, web meetings,
virtual classes, web seminars, webcasts and recordings to tens of
thousands of employees at a time, as a corporate standard tool on
every desktop. James managed day to day go-to-market operations for
global sales, marketing, and services, in the lead up to the acquisition: |

WW Field Operations, James brought over 20
years professional sales and marketing management experience to
a company noted for its cutting edge technology and entrepreneurial
culture.

James restructured
disparate customer facing organizations into one group under his leadership, while making key hires in critical functional areas.

During 2007, revenues
grew ~15%, achieving 93% of the Board objective for revenues. During the same period, sales and marketing expenses were managed to 10%
decline year over year.

Joined with company founders in the due diligence review process with AT&T, which ultimately resulted in their $122M acquisition and creation of the new ~$500M AT&T
